Applying for a registered design

Applying for a registered design

A Registered Design lasts for a maximum period of 25 years from filing in the UK and European Community. In order to protect your design for the maximum period, you must apply to renew the registration every five years. It is, therefore, important to keep accurate records relating to renewal dates.

Our in-house Records Department provide reminders relating to the deadlines for renewal payments and can make payments of the fees on receipt of your instruction.
