Searching for Registered Designs
Registered Design searching can be undertaken prior to filing a Registered Design Application in order to determine whether the design in question is likely to be considered novel and/or whether the design is likely to infringe any earlier Registered Designs already on the Register.Our Services
We can conduct preliminary searches in-house in respect of the UK and European Design Registers. We can also request searches to be undertaken by the UK Design Registry or in another country using our network of Foreign Associates.
