There are corresponding Registered Design Application procedures in most countries of the world and we can facilitate such filings using our network of Foreign Associates. If a number of Applications are filed within 6 months of each other, they may all claim the filing date of the earliest filed Application.European Community Registered Design Applications
Within Europe, the Community Registered Design System provides an effective route for gaining protection in the 27 members of the European Community by the filing of one Application. The countries indicated below are the current members of the European Community:
