Applying for a Registered Design
The first step to obtaining a Registered Design is the preparation and filing of a Registered Design Application. The Application generally includes photographs and/or drawings showing different views of the design or product. Once filed, the Designs Registry allocates a number and filing date to the Application and will undertake a preliminary examination to ensure the Application meets the legal requirements for registration. Once the Application has been approved, the design is Registered.Our Services
